Compensation: $70,000-$85,000 per Year
Job Summary
Our client, an established and rapidly growing renewable energy provider, is looking for a Warehouse Manager to support the company’s expanding residential solar operations. This person will play a key role in overseeing warehouse logistics and ensuring the efficient flow of materials and equipment to support solar installations. This Warehouse Manager role is a full-time, permanent position with our client.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Manage inventory control processes, including receiving, organizing, and storing solar equipment and materials within the warehouse
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs within the warehouse
- Oversee demand planning and production planning to ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels using warehouse management systems
Successful Candidates Must Have:
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and operate warehouse equipment
- Familiarity with solar equipment, electrical components, or construction materials is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate with field teams and vendors effectively
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to track and manage inventory accurately using warehouse management systems or software.
