Compensation: $60,000 to $80,000 per year salary; $215,000+ overall compensation


Job Overview
Our client, a premier, growing, regional renewable energy provider based in Colorado, is looking to bring on an exceptional Sales Manager to lead a high-performing residential solar sales team. Specializing in high-quality residential and commercial solar (and non-solar) energy solutions, this will be a key hire four our client as they look to grow this team and division. This role is a full-time position with our client.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Leading & Mentoring: Managing the day-to-day activities of a high-performance residential solar sales team, while providing consistent coaching, training, and performance evaluations to ensure all sales targets are met or exceeded.
  • Sales Strategy: Developing and executing strategic sales plans to expand market share in the region while utilizing CRM data to track lead conversion and pipeline health.
  • Customer Experience: Ensuring the sales team delivers a consultative experience that aligns with the company’s customer centric values.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, conducting cadenced team meetings, and developing and implementing process improvements to ensure high closing ratios.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Working closely with the design, engineering, and project management teams to ensure projects are viable, accurately priced, and ready for a seamless installation.


Successful Candidates Must Have:

  • Experience managing high-performance B2C sales representatives within solar, HVAC, or a similar industry.
  • A track-record of success as an individually contributing sales representative within solar, HVAC, or a similar industry
  • A coaching-focused mindset and proven ability to improve underperformance
  • An ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions through the use of a CRM
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
