Job Overview
Our client, a highly-rated, established, and growing solar company focused on residential and commercial solar projects, is seeking an experienced Solar Installer to support their increased volume of projects across PA and DE. This role is a full-time position with our client.
Job Responsibilities
- Travelling to project sites throughout Pennsylvania and Delaware
- Leading and directing a team of solar installers toward the safe and efficient completion of solar projects
- Installing residential and commercial rooftop racking, railing, and ballasted systems as well as ground mount systems
- Installing and connecting solar modules and inverters
- Ensuring safety standards are met and adhered to
Successful Candidates Must Have:
- At least 3 years of experience with residential and commercial solar installation projects
- At least 1 year of solar installation experience as a lead
- Experience installing Enphase systems
- A valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel
- The ability to work at heights and lift heavy materials
- Communication, collaboration, and detail-orientation skills
Compensation
This Lead Solar Installer role has an hourly wage of $35.00 to $40.00 per hour, as a performance bonus and health, dental, and vision benefits.
