Job Responsibilities
- Leading and developing regionally dispersed operations personnel, especially involving logistics functions
- Developing and fostering a culture of accountability, visibility, and continuous improvement
- Scaling the operations division in parallel with company growth, including all hiring and performance evaluations
- Owning P&L and demonstrating operations impact on EBITDA
- Conduct weekly team meetings and one-on-ones to drive alignment, solve problems, and support professional development
- Building and establishing clear standard operating procedures (SOPs), metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for all key operational functions
- Maintaining accurate asset lists and ensure timely, error-free product deliveries
- Ensuring the operations tech stack is fully utilized and consistently updated
- Owning and managing the customer onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to operations
- Maintaining proactive communication with customer stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and strengthen relationships while also serving as the primary point of contact for resolving customer escalations
- Continuously evaluating and improving operational processes
- Staying apprised and in compliance of any local, state, or federal regulations
