Job Overview
Our client, a high-growth, national solar company specializing in community solar projects, is looking to bring on a Customer Success Lead to manage a growing sales operations team. This hire will be a key member of the company's operations division and will play a pivotal role in its continued and rapid growth. This Customer Success Lead role is a full-time, permanent position with our client.
Job Responsibilities
- Managing and training a team of customer enrollment and success specialists
- Creating and implementing customer onboarding processes, such as call scripts and quality standards for
- Directly and proactively following up and interacting with customers to resolve onboarding issues, answer questions, and guide customers to a successful enrollment
- Partnering with internal marketing resources to utilize CRM workflows and automated communications.
- Resolve validation issues, answer customer questions, and guide customers to successful enrollment
Successful Candidates Must Have:
- Experience leading customer enrollment, sales operations, or customer success teams
- Extensive experience in a customer enrollment, sales operations, or customer success role
- Exceptional phone and customer service skills
- Experience working with CRMs and VOIP services
- A process-oriented mindset and an ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations
- Experience in solar or other energy-related industries is a plus
