Compensation: Prevailing Wage ($75.00 to $85.00 per hour, plus overtime)

Job Overview

Our client, one of the fastest-growing commercial solar engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) companies in the nation, is looking to hire a number of Commercial Solar Installers to support a large volume of solar projects in the area. This is a contract role that has the potential to turn into a full-time position with our client.

Job Responsibilities

• Travelling to project sites throughout Chicago and the surrounding areas
• Installing commercial rooftop racking, railing, and ballasted systems
• Installing and connecting solar modules and inverters
• Ensuring safety standards are met and adhered to

Successful Candidates Must Have:

• At least 1 year of commercial solar experience
• A valid driver’s license
• Willingness to travel
• The ability to work at heights and lift heavy materials
• Communication, collaboration, and detail-orientation skills

Compensation

This Solar Installer role has an hourly wage of $75.00 to $85.00 per hour, plus overtime
